My approach blends 20 years of fitness expertise with 12 years of Marine Corps leadership and a formal background in psychology — giving my clients a unique combination of structure, empathy, and results‑driven coaching.

My approach blends 20 years of fitness expertise with 12 years of Marine Corps leadership and a formal background in psychology — giving my clients a unique combination of structure, empathy, and results‑driven coaching.
My career began in the United States Marine Corps, where I served as a Sergeant, Combat Engineer, and Body Conditioning Instructor. Those years shaped my philosophy: lead by example, serve others first, and never stop improving. That mindset carried into my work as a Personal Trainer, my involvement in veteran support organizations, and my commitment to building healthier communities.
I design highly individualized fitness and nutrition programs that meet people where they are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether I’m coaching one‑on‑one, guiding someone through a major life transition, or supporting a community initiative, my goal is always the same: help people unlock their potential and sustain long‑term wellness.
My experience also includes case management for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, community advocacy, and even a run for local office — all driven by a desire to serve, support, and uplift others.
